Elegant & Ethereal Spring Wedding Inspiration

This design collaboration with Charla Storey Photography brought together soft shades of blues, blush and grey timeless romance. Just an hour and a half outside of Dallas, The Trinity Institute created the perfect backdrop for our vision.

Amongst beautiful arched windows of the deserted university, an elegant table was draped in layers of linen and topped with romantic blooms created by The Southern Table. Our gorgeous bride wore an elegantly unique gown by Yolan Cris paired with a vintage engagement ring from Trumpet & Horn. Soft curls and delicate make up by Tracy Melton Artistry gave her the perfect glow. Staying away from traditional greys and navy, our groom was outfitted in a bold blue suit from Asos complimented with a playful bow tie.

The custom paper goods suite by Feast Fine Art & Calligraphy included hand painted watercolor details and organic calligraphy in shades of blue and blush, topped off with a bronze wax seal.

Festive Christmas Tablescape

I had so much fun partnering with Jessica Gold Photography to create this festive holiday table in hues of marsala, cherry red and evergreen. When discussing our vision, we wanting to bring to life modern holiday elegance in a unique and fresh color palette.

Oh Deery Floral created stunning centerpieces using textures of fresh greenery and bold blooms while simple white plates were accented with a fresh sprig of rosemary. We completed the place settings by wrapping velvet ribbon around the chargers and adding gold rimmed glassware. The final touches were bold red scroll place cards by Letter Love Studio and modern gold flatware (Target! Who knew?). See more of this gorgeous table over on Lauren Kelp and shop the look below!

Emma & Ryan's Colorful Summer Wedding

Happy Wedding Wednesday, y'all! I'm so excited to finally share this vibrant May wedding beautifully captured by Ben Q Photography! When Emma approached me with her "English Garden Fiesta" wedding dreams, I was thrilled to jump on board. Emma and her sweet hubby Ryan had personal ties and lots of memories at Fort Worth Tex-Mex restaurant, Joe T. Garcia's, making it the perfect backdrop for their colorful summer affair. 

Keeping the attire classic, Emma complimented her Vera Wang gown with all white bridesmaids and gorgeous bouquets by Kate Foley Designs in a riot of color. After a morning ceremony at Marty Leonard Chapel guests headed to Joe T's for delicious margaritas, fajitas and plenty of dancing. Unique details included a mariachi band and two caricature artists who created custom portraits as favors for the guests.
